Absorbtion

Well, it's a month since I went to Cornwall, and too long since I made any additions here. I have been painting, but Cornwall was an opportunity to re-immerse myself entirely in my work. What a fantastic time I had. Painting, walking & surfing from dawn till dusk. I should probably have been typing here too, but at the end of each and every day I was too (pleasantly) exhausted, from my days activities that I'm afraid you are viewing in retrospect.

Cape Cornwall & Priest's Cove is somewhere that completely absorbs me in every way. The sea becomes all encompassing and on this day I was there for many hours.

All I could hear was the sound of it constantly being lifted & thrown against the shore & it's self. Such power is hard to capture but constantly invigorating , keeping me moving all the time in the fear that I would miss something. This is just a small taste of some of my work from there.
